Data collected by the website
The website only collects the data you send us yourself, or that the practice uses to contact you:
- Contact form and appointment request: last name, first name, contact details (phone, e-mail) and the content of your message.
- Waiting list for freed-up appointments: name, contact details and availability, to let you know when an appointment becomes available.
- Review requests: after a visit, the practice may send you an e-mail inviting you to give your opinion; it uses your name and e-mail address, and your answers to the questionnaire if you reply.
- Technical data: like any website, the server records connection data (IP address, date and time, pages requested), which is needed for its operation and security. Cookies are described on the Cookies page.
The website is not intended to collect health data: your medical record is kept by the practice, outside the website. Please do not send detailed medical information through the form; we will discuss it during your appointment.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your messages and organising your appointments: steps taken at your request and the practice's legitimate interest in answering the people who contact it.
- Letting you know about a freed-up appointment: your request to join the waiting list, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Asking for your opinion after a visit: the practice's legitimate interest in knowing how satisfied its patients are. You can object at any time.
- Running and securing the website: the practice's legitimate interest.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Recipients
The data is intended only for the members of the practice who need it to handle your request. It is hosted by Hostinger International, Ltd (Cyprus, European Union), which only accesses it for the technical needs of hosting. It may be disclosed to the authorities where required by law.
Retention period
- Messages and appointment requests: as long as necessary to handle and follow up your request, after which they are deleted.
- Waiting list: as long as your registration is active; it is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe or no longer need it.
- Review requests: as long as necessary to send the invitation and follow up the answers.
- Connection data: for a limited period, in line with legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi « Informatique et Libertés »), you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on your request, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés): www.cnil.fr.

The website is only accessible over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the data is restricted to authorised members of the practice.
